How schedule changes are handled?

If you would like to request a schedule change:

  • Go to your and cancel the appointment.

  • Send a text via Whatsapp at 076 447 83 35.

  • Contact support@tbcleaning.ch requesting the cancellation of your visit.

All schedule changes are handled directly with the company and not through your cleaning team, who will not have full access to our scheduling systems.
